Create an installation EXE
To create a full application installer. This installer will install your application as if a windows desktop application. It will create a necessary desktop/start menu shortcut, help file, etc as defined in Settings Tab - Information sub-category.
Create AUTORUN.INF
To create a CD autorun file. This is useful if you wish to burn the published output into a CD manually and wanting the application to startup automatically when the CD is inserted.
Upload after publish
To upload the published output into an FTP site.
Add FSCommand DLL
To include an FSCommand DLL into the application. This will make the application size a little bit bigger but allowing your flash movie to execute an FSCommand script.
